14ft / 14' Replacement Trampoline Surround Pad Padding Product Description 14ft / 14' Replacement Trampoline Surround Pad Padding (2 Part) 14ft Replacement trampoline padding to fit ANY make of 14ft trampoline Replaces worn out padding This is the 2 part, high density foam padding The padding is supplied in two parts, which velcro together in place on the trampoline. Also includes rope ties to hold the padding securely in placeHow to measure your trampoline: Your trampoline should be measured across its diameter, that's across the top of the trampoline from one side to the other, including the existing spring padding. The size will most likely be 8ft, 10ft, 12ft, 13ft or 14ft, although other sizes do exist. Please measure your trampoline before purchasing the replacement padding to be sure you're buying the right size. If you are at all unsure please do contact us. Orders are normally received within 2-3 working days from receipt of payment The warehouse will confirm the dispatch of your item by email on the day of dispatch, the dispatch email will contain a tracking link where available so you can track your parcel online. I can NOT guarantee a specific delivery date or time. All items MUST be signed for on delivery. You may specify a friend or relatives address as your shipping address if needed. If no one is available when the couriers call they will leave a "calling card" to let you know they have been. This card will contain your consignment information and contact details for your local depot. You can then contact them to arrange a redelivery of your item or collection from their warehouse. If your item has not arrived within 2 days of the confirmed shipping date please contact me using the contact link above, I can then find the consignment number for your order and chase it up on your behalf. Warranty, Damages & ReturnsWarranty Information All items have a 12 month Return to Base warranty as standard, unless stated otherwise. Items Damaged in Transit: By default items are not insured with the couriers, although insurance is available on all products and typically costs between £0.50 & £2.00 depending on the price of the item. This is an optional extra when you complete checkout. If an item has been damaged in transit I must report this damage to the couriers within 3 days of the item being delivered. As such, if your item is damaged in any way, you must report this via email within 48 hours of receiving the item. When reporting an item that has been damaged in transit please be sure to include your eBay user name and the name of the item, along with details of the damage and (if possible) a photo of the damage. Returns Process: If for any reason you need to return the item, you will need to contact me first to arrange the details of the return.
