PART 1
Goods are sold in many cases less than half the current RRP due to them being end of line, end of season clearance, ex-display and return stock in full working order.
They are mainly still in original packaging and often returned due to customer change of mind. In some cases they could have been removed from packaging but in many cases they have not been opened. Packaging can sometime be damaged due to removal of labels & transportation etc...
On occasion some general fixings are mixing but these can be purchased from local DIY stores... Instructions can often be missing but we will always try to assist over the phone.
We will always try to note any obvious damage but this is not always possible due to the size of goods. WE WILL NOT REFUND ITEMS FOR MINOR MARKS AS THEY ARE NOT SOLD AS BRAND NEW and the reason for amazingly low prices, you can return your item within 7 days, but only at your own cost if required.

We only except the following methods of payment You have 2 choices... Collection or Delivery! We aim to dispatch completed orders within 24HRS via Parcelforce on a standard 48hour service Parcelforce will only deliver Monday-Friday, they will not deliver on weekends or bank holidays. However, Saturday delivery can be arranged for an extra cost of £ (please ask for revised invoice) As with All carriers, delivery is 99% of the time as promised however we cannot be in anyway held responsible for late / part delivery of an item. Please check the items upon delivery before signing. If the box shows signs of damage please refuse items. ALL deliveries via Parcelforce are FULLY TRACKABLE & will require a signature upon delivery. Collection is availble from our warehouse in Rushden (see contact us) on a Monday - Friday 8.30-5.30pm, we can also arrange for goods to be transported to our Northampton shop for a saturday collection. We do not profit from our delivery charges & only quote the prices WE pay! SURCHARGES For Scottish Highlands and offshore, Please contact us for the additional surcharge. We will not dispatch any goods unless this has been paid for in advance. We will amend your invoice before you make payment, just request an invoice. PART 2 If you bid then we expect you to buy. Sales must be completed within 5 Days, or we reserve the right to cancel and relist the item. Exchanges / Refunds on BRAND NEW items will be given as long as they are returned unused, without alteration or tampering and in the condition they were received, buyer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving item and must be returned with 7 Days. Retailer Returns are as per the listing All goods must be inspected on arrival and then signed for appropriately (Any damaged items / boxes must be signed as damaged). When returning any items back to us any delivery costs incurred must be paid by the buyer. Additionally, our postage costs will be deducted from any amounts refunded.
